"1C", Odyssey Consulting Group partner, announces the release of a beta-version of the "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" - "1C:ERP WE"
"1C", Odyssey Consulting Group partner, announces release of a beta-version of the business management solution "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" - "1C:ERP WE". The solution will minimize project efforts to adapt the use of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" in international projects. The release of the final version is scheduled for 2020.
"1C:ERP Enterprise Management" has proven to be a modern and reliable solution both in Russia and on the international market. It is used in more than twenty countries. Main "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" functionality as well as functionality of its localized versions can be divided into "operational" one, which does not depend directly on specifics of legislation, and "regulated" one, which is regulated by the legislation of a certain country. The objectives of the "1C:ERP WE" release include:
- Creating a unified system of operational management of companies with foreign branches.
- Minimizing project labour costs for adaptation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" application within the bounds of international projects in countries having no official localization of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management".
As a basis for creating a beta version of the "ERP WE" configuration, the standard Russian configuration "ERP Enterprise Management" was taken, revision 2.5.3 of which the following are excluded:
- Subsystem regulated accounting (CU, RAS reporting, NU). For accounting in "1C:ERP WE" it is recommended to use IFRS accounting subsystem (or localized, national solutions).
- Subsystem for payroll and personnel accounting.
- Libraries, print forms and functionality specific to the Russian Federation and not in demand outside the country
- Obsolete versions of functionality from previous versions: partition accounting 2.1, production 2.1, PPE and IA accounting 2.2 Multilingual user interface. The interface can be assigned in one of the languages: Russian, English, Polish, Italian. In the future, the configuration of "ERP WE" will be developed on the priority requirements of foreign users.
When is the final version expected? Release of the final version is planned for 2020. Most likely its prices will be significantly higher.1C:ERP WE Beta product upgrade to the final version will be made on preferential terms. When upgrading to the final version, the accumulated data of the beta-version information databases will be preserved.
