1C:ERP. The choice of the system is due to its high functionality, the familiarity of the NPP INTECH team with 1C solutions and the willingness to provide technical support for the implemented solutions by the company's internal forces. is a specialized extension to 1C:ERP, taking into account the specifics of cable production: technological processes, regulatory and reference documentation, features of sales and production planning, accounting for container types, aggregation of customer orders into production batches, rejection accounting, waste cutting, recycling, accounting for the brand sizes of manufactured products. The solution is reinforced with modules for optimizing production planning (Delmia Ortems).
Odyssey experts have finalized the system to take into account the specifics of INTECH business processes and integrated it with CRM: now the order is registered in the CRM system , automatically enters the ERP and is integrated into the production plan, while the sales department can track the status of the order in the CRM system. Moreover, such an end-to-end approach to working with orders allows you to plan and meet the needs for raw materials, production, release of finished products and shipment to customers without failures and with strict observance of the stated deadlines. with one more complication: since each order of the company is an individual product, the process of calculating the technological and economic parameters for each order took about 2 weeks. Odyssey consultants have developed a specialized module - Cable Constructor. The solution allows you to create a specification, planned cost and surcharges for a set of cable parameters in accordance with customer requirements. The use of the Cable Constructor made it possible to reduce the calculation time to one hour and minimize the possibility of errors when calculating the parameters of future products. processes to increase efficiency took 9 months. In addition to the launch of the IT system, the business processes of NPP INTECH were restructured: duplication of processes in various departments was eliminated, some manual operations were replaced by the functions of the IT solution.
Building end-to-end business processes made it possible to combine 2 physically remote sites into a single system, establishing interaction between the administrative staff working from the office in Ufa and the production site in Sofrino. Now each employee of NPP INTECH does not just perform his own separate operation, but clearly sees its place in the company's large-scale processes and consciously contributes to creating value for the company's customers.
