The project was preceded by a process of careful preparation. In 2002, the company worked out a long-term development strategy that determined its main goals and objectives for the next few years. The implementation of the ERP system was considered as one of the key tools to achieve these goals.

For us, this is an urgent need,” says Evgeny Ilyinsky. – “In 2003, the company's turnover increased by 26%. With such a growth rate, we cannot focus on last year's statistics; plans and forecasts that we build for this year, and their accuracy should be as high as possible. Without master planning it would be practically impossible to solve such problems”.
