According to the results of the first phase of implementation Odyssey Consulting Group specialists put into commercial operation standard functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Share Point Server 2010. The solution was integrated with the existing ERP on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform.

The processes of preparing and maintaining contracts with partners, coordination of product range and pricing policy in accordance with the planned promotions, tracking applications and work with claims were incoroporated in the system functionality
The ultimate goal of implementation and use of this solution was to improve the level of customer service for KupiVIP.ru holding, which became possible due to the reduction of delivery time, improved price control mechanism, quality control of deliveries.
