Working with people as part of change management

This solution will minimize project labor costs to adapt the use of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" in international projects. The release of the final version is scheduled for 2020. "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" has proven to be a modern and reliable solution both in Russia and on the international market. It is used in more than twenty countries. Main "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" functionality as well as functionality of its localized versions can be divided into "operational" one which does not depend directly on specifics of legislation and "regulated" one which is regulated by the legislation of a certain country.

• Creating a unified system of operational management of companies with foreign branches.
• Minimizing project labour costs for adaptation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" application within the bounds of international projects in countries having no official localization of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management".

As a basis for creating a beta-version of the configuration "ERP WE" was taken by the typical Russian configuration of "ERP Enterprise Management", edition 2.5.3, which are excluded: - Subsystem regulated accounting (CU, RAS reporting, NU). For accounting in "1C:ERP WE" it is recommended to use IFRS accounting subsystem (or localized, national solutions). - Subsystem for payroll and personnel accounting. - Libraries, print forms and functionality specific to the Russian Federation and not in demand outside the country - Obsolete versions of functionality from previous versions: partition accounting 2.1, production 2.1, PPE and IA accounting 2.2 Multilingual user interface Interface can be assigned in one of the languages: Russian, English, Polish, Italian. In the future, the configuration of "ERP WE" will be developed on the priority requirements of foreign users. When is the final version expected? Release of the final version is planned for 2020. Prices are likely to be significantly higher. 1C:ERP WE Beta product upgrade to the final version will be made on preferential terms. When upgrading to the final version the accumulated information base data of the beta version will be preserved.

The standard Russian configuration "ERP Enterprise Management" was taken as a basis for creating a beta version of the "ERP WE" configuration, revision 2.5.3 of which excluded the following:

• Subsystem of regulated accounting (BU, RAS reporting, NU). For accounting in 1C:ERP WE, it is recommended to use the accounting subsystem according to IFRS (or localized, national solutions).
• Subsystem of payroll and personnel accounting.
• Libraries, printed forms and functionality specific to the Russian Federation and not in demand outside of it
• Outdated versions of functionality from previous editions: batch accounting 2.1, production 2.1, OS accounting and IA 2.2 Multilingual user interface

The interface can be assigned in one of the languages: Russian, English, Polish, Italian. In the future, the "ERP WE" configuration will be developed according to the priority requirements of foreign users.

The final version is planned to be released in 2020. Most likely, the prices for it will be much higher. The upgrade of the 1C:ERP WE Beta product to the final version will be made on preferential terms. When switching to the final version, the accumulated data of the beta version information databases will be saved.
