Grozd retail chain carried out a large-scale ERP system implementation project

In the course of searching for a new system, the Bunch management studied the offers of leading vendors and settled on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. The key criteria for selecting a project partner were the company's off-the-shelf retail solution functionality, system flexibility and adaptability, and the experience of the project team. To find a solution provider, the trading network held a tender involving several IT consulting companies, as a result of which Odyssey Consulting Group became a partner.
