Columbus East, formerly a part of a Danish company, becomes an independent international player
The IT consulting market is renewed today, and we have some news for you, too: Columbus East company, which was part of a Danish company, becomes an independent international player and changes its name. The new brand is Odyssey Consulting Group. On March 16 the company was taken over by the Russian management as a result of the agreement between the Danish company Columbus and the management of the Russian unit. During the three-week period the company thoroughly prepared for rebranding: it chose a new name and made changes in marketing communications across all channels. The changes in external communications came into effect on April 6.
We want to give an unequivocal message to customers and partners that the company continues to operate and grow in all of its traditional markets to its fullest potential. The goal of Columbus East, and now Odyssey Consulting Group, was and still is to continually support and develop clients, stay in contact with both clients and partners, and provide employees with jobs. The new name - Odyssey Consulting Group - will reflect the team's philosophy: innovation, client success, leadership. Odyssey Consulting Group is one of the first international consulting companies, which became independent and announced a brand renewal in order to continue its work on the Russian market. Odyssey Consulting Group will continue to implement the best international and domestic practices for companies from Russia, the CIS, the Middle East and Asia. Today the management is planning the long-term development of the company to maintain its leadership position in the market.
