Odyssey Consulting Group has released a model solution for integration of wholesale and retail companies automation systems with UGAIS system - automated state control system of alcohol production and turnover. Estimated solution implementation period is 4-8 weeks including initial support period. Unified Government Automated Information System (UGAIS) is designed for automation of state control over the volume of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and spirit-based products. UGAIS ensures the completeness and reliability of accounting of production and turnover of alcoholic products, accounting of its import, accounting of labeling of all units of alcoholic products, analysis of the state and trends of production and turnover of alcoholic beverages in the country and certifies the legality of production and turnover of alcoholic products.
Since January 1, 2015, all wholesale alcohol suppliers must connect to the UGAIS, and since July 1, 2016. - all retail stores selling alcohol. Odyssey Consulting Group has released a model solution for the integration of wholesale and retail enterprises' trading systems with the UGAISin order to provide trading enterprises with a smooth transition to the UGAIS. The solution is implemented as an add-on module for Microsoft Dynamics AX and is designed for accounting of alcohol products in accordance with the requirements of the UGAIS. The main task performed by the solution is registration of wholesale and retail sales of each unit of alcoholic beverages, as well as such events as goods input into the stores, write-offs and returns in the UGAIS system.
