The "Technologies of successful business" roadshow, dedicated to CRM- and ERP-solutions from Microsoft and MBS partners, finished last week. The event was held during March and April 2012. Odyssey Consulting Group was the federal sponsor of the event. Within the road-show, the experts of Odyssey Consulting Group jointly with Microsoft carried out a series of master classes in 10 cities of Russia: Nizhniy Novgorod, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, as well as in Moscow and St.Petersburg. In total, more than 300 participants have registered for the events. All master classes programs of Odyssey Consulting Group were of a purely practical nature. The road show participants were able to get acquainted with the Odyssey Consulting Group expertise in various business segments and the functionality of Microsoft products (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX). Everyone interested could get additional consultations from the experts of the consulting company on the sidelines of the master classes.
Most of the activities of this road show were dedicated to the advantages and use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The specialists of Odyssey Consulting Group and Microsoft demonstrated the possibilities of this product for organizing the interaction with new and existing clients during the joint master classes Introduction to Customer Business. In Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk and Saint-Petersburg the experts of Odyssey Consulting Group presented their own solutions for the retail stores automation and warehouse management (distribution centers), implemented on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. Participation in all the events of the Microsoft road-show was free of charge, so they enjoyed considerable popularity.
It is noteworthy that the master classes conducted by Odyssey Consulting Group earned the highest marks from the listeners both in terms of organization and content. A number of companies are already considering options of close cooperation with Odyssey Consulting Group.
