Odyssey Consulting Group announces the release of the product, which is designed to help online stores to configure the formation and transmission of receipts in the online mode, in accordance with changes in the 54-FZ
The new solution of Odyssey Consulting Group is suitable for organizations selling on the Internet and working with the platform Microsoft Dynamics AX. The product automates the processes of generation and transmission of fiscal receipt data on payments for online store orders, as well as cash refunds to customers in accordance with the amendments to the 54th Federal Law "On the application of cash registers for cash transactions and (or) payments using payment cards". Depending on the volume, frequency and specifics of transactions, and the specifics of the IT infrastructure used, the solution can be deployed in the most suitable of two ways. The product allows integration with fiscal registrars or with popular external services provided on the KaaS (Cash register as a Service) model, such as "ATOL Online".
According to changes in the 54th Federal Law, from July 1, 2017, control and cash registers must be connected to the FTSI (Federal Tax Service Inspectorate) through the FDO (fiscal data operator), the concept of "electronic checks" is introduced, which companies must issue (send) to their customers. For the organizations which are trading through the Internet it means the increasing of requirements for the speed of producing checks when making payments and returns, as well as the need to build a well-established process of reporting and opening-closing of the shift. The solution of Odyssey Consulting Group will automate the process of creating fiscal checks: it will reduce the time of operations, provide uninterrupted operation, scalability and compliance with the requirements of the 54th Federal Law.
